Manager Civil

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works including:
  
• Industrial buildings, foundations, structures, roads, drains, culverts, and utilities
  
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, work schedules, and execution plans
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  
• Ensure quality control as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS standards
  
• Supervise site activities including manpower, materials, and machinery
  
• Review and approve contractor bills, measurements, and variations
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies
  
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  
• Support audits, inspections, and statutory approvals

• Ensure compliance with
