Manager Civil

As a Maintenance Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for handling various maintenance and renovation projects at TOI CST building, M.S Godowns, Guest houses, Transit flats, and Sub Offices. Your key responsibilities will include independently managing Civil, Carpentry, Structural, Plumbing, Waterproofing, and MEP maintenance works. This involves preparing Annual Maintenance Contracts, Schedule of Preventive Maintenance, and Standard Operating Procedures for Civil Maintenance work. You will also be in charge of structural repairs, strengthening of old heritage buildings, and coordination with Structural Consultants for audits and repairs. Additionally, your role will require you to prepare detailed proposals and specifications for Civil and Structural repairs, supervise maintenance works, verify contractors" bills, and coordinate with Architects for project works. You will also support the installation of MEP services and execute repairs and interior projects, including site analysis, feasibility studies, space planning, schematic design, drawings, BOQ, and documentation. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong knowledge of Civil, Structural, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Waterproofing, and Interior works. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the field.,
