Job Description

Civil Maintenance work, outdoors and common arears of Electronic City area.

Lead and manage civil engineering projects construction, and maintenance.
Supervise project teams, contractors, and site engineers to ensure work is completed as per standards.
Prepare, review, and approve project plans, and specifications.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets; implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to maintain standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Manage procurement of materials and optimize resource utilization.
Prepare reports, project documentation, and present updates to senior management.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff
