Job Description

As a Manager Chartered Accountant at our company, your role will involve transaction structuring from a tax and regulatory perspective. This includes option analysis, drafting M&A schemes, coordinating with various teams/lawyers, reviewing transaction documents, and ensuring implementation and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing advisory and execution services for restructuring assignments such as Buyback, LLP Conversion, Slump sale, and Instrument structuring - Developing optimal ownership/investment/funding structures for investments in specified jurisdictions and in India, considering tax and regulatory efficiency - Conducting research and analysis on domestic and international tax laws, corporate laws, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, and stamp duty laws - Performing direct tax diligence by scrutinizing past tax issues, records, compliance, etc., and preparing diligence reports - Demonstrating a sound understanding of transaction-related laws including income-tax, company laws, international tax laws, and familiarity with other regulatory laws like FEMA, IBC, and SEBI - Applying knowledge of Tax Valuation and other Valuation methods - Having high proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Staying updated on the latest developments in the field and sharing articles on industry trends Your qualification should include: - CA certification - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience If you have any additional details about the company mentioned in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.,
