Job Description

As a sales Manager in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain for real estate projects, while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify CP and promote products to them

- Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs

- Take update from CPs on products and offerings

- Ensure office branding

- Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market

- Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance

- Train CP on product details

- Capture weekend walk-in data

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition or lease based on the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research, analysis of property values, and negotiate favourable terms with property owners or brokers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with property owners, brokers, contractors, and other service providers.
  • Ensure that contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and protect the organization's interests.
  • Implement strategies to optimize costs related to property acquisition, leasing, and ongoing operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with property transactions and supplier relationships.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment between sourcing activities and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the real estate sourcing process.

Qualifications: -

  • Graduate/Master's degree in business administration.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Presentable, Confident

Additional Skills: -

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and legal aspects of property transactions.
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies, supply chain management principles, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
