Job Description

Summary: The candidate will be responsible for the Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai branches. Candidate should have 15 to 20 years experience in Customs house/clearance, freight forwarding, pricing and team management. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the CHA, Freight Forwarding and Pricing in all the branches and report. Ensure adherence to customs regulations, maintain accurate records, and prepare/submit necessary documentation for import/export. Supervise and manager team, ensuring efficient clearance processes and timely shipment delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external to ensure smooth shipment execution and ensure the pricing is done as per the company standard/practice. Prepare and process necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading and customs declarations. Manage and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals. Ensure excellent customer service standards are met by the team. Monitor and analyze financial, sales, and operational reports. Ensure branch compliance with all company policies and legal regulations. Coordinate with other branch managers and upper management to align goals and strategies.
