Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager based in Madurai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring that the team meets performance targets. The role involves coordinating with different departments to enhance service delivery and maintain high-quality standards. The Manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, setting goals, and providing regular performance feedback.
