Account Manager – Campaigns | Creative & Social-first agency

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full campaign lifecycles from brief breakdown and planning to execution, review, and reporting
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships
• Coordinate across internal teams to align goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee campaign timelines, quality control, and asset delivery (video, static, influencer-led, etc.)
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and implement effective fixes
• Work with analytics teams to generate post-campaign insights and learnings
• Contribute to team process improvements and documentation
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in campaign management or client servicing with experience in a lead/managerial role
• Strong understanding of branded content, digital platforms, and creator-led campaigns
• Excellent project and time management skills with sharp communication abilities
• Proficiency in coordination tools (e.g., Notion, Gantt, Google Suite)
• Calm, solution-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability
• Ability to work at speed without compromising on quality
