Manager- Business Operations

As an Operations Manager / Assistant Manager at this Delhi-based company, your primary role will involve liaising between the Sales team, Direct Clients, and ensuring the adherence to the Client requirements as per the respective agreements. Your focus will be on seamless delivery to meet client demands. Key Responsibilities: - Planning & Demand management. - Real-time response to coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders. - Adherence to vendors/customers/Internal Team queries. - Managing daily orders received from potential customers. - Overseeing the complete supply chain from sourcing to delivery controlled via system. - Proficiency in documentations, CRM, and compliances. - Efficient management of vehicles to enhance efficiencies, minimize losses, and increase output productivity. - Supervising team/fleet pilots on the ground for deliveries. - Managing vehicle maintenance. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of working experience in the logistics industry. - Willingness to travel. - Proficient in MIS and reporting.
