Job Description

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with financial standards.
Develop and implement financial models for pay-per-use and new business models to increase service revenue.
Manage operational activities including demand, sales, spares, payments, and service for in-lisc partners like Iradimed.
Coordinate with local SCM team for demand planning and stock-related discussions to ensure no stock out, including spares.
Ensure all audit-related activities are handled by local accounting and taxation teams, including posting and reversing necessary accounting provisions.
Maintain price lists and controls around all SOPs, ensuring warranty accruals, service revenue recognition, and provisions for service invoicing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, financial planning, and management.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, CRM implementation, and sales reporting.
Experience in managing back-office support teams and coordinating with OEMs for injector and C&D deliveries.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, O2C, regulatory, and QA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Education: Preferred CA, ICWI; Inter CA, ICWI can be considered.
