Job Description

Role Objective

end-to-end partner onboarding

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Onboarding

Drive
end-to-end partner onboarding
for all new business partners ( aggregators, brokers, NBFCs, fintechs, microfinance, banks, etc.).
Coordinate with
product, legal, compliance, operations, and IT
for documentation, approvals, and go-live enablement.
Maintain a
central onboarding tracker
with live status across every partner, scheme, and system stage.
Ensure readiness of product codes, commercials, payout structures.
Support setup of
new business constructs

2. MIS & Reporting

Own the
daily / weekly / monthly business MIS
– covering premium inflows, issuance, persistency, and partner-level performance.
Create and automate dashboards using
Excel / Power BI
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare
leadership reports
for MBRs, SteerCos, and partner reviews.
Track
TAT adherence, SLA performance, and partner productivity
.
Partner with finance and actuarial teams for
business validation and reconciliation
.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and reporting skills – proficient in
Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
.
Good understanding of
insurance onboarding workflows
and partner lifecycle management.
Strong coordination and follow-through with multiple internal teams.
Detail-oriented with ownership mindset and delivery discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Management, or Data Analytics).
3–7 years of experience in
insurance / financial services
managing
partner onboarding or business MIS
.

Exposure to Group Insurance or Digital Partnership environment preferred.
