Purpose of the Job:

The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the financial health of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions. This includes budgeting, financial analysis, cost management, and ensuring accurate reporting, all while aligning financial strategies with business objectives for growth and profitability.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Margin working: Assisting in Optimizing SKU/Category Margins. ~ Monthly review of SKU level margin and find opportunities of improving margin ~ Structured review of margins with various Product Marketing Heads ~ Monthly Variance Analysis- Volume, Price and Mix

2. Pricing

~ Tracking Competition Sell Out Pricing & Promotions ~ Assisting Pricing Head in taking corrective actions on pricing ~ Assisting Product Heads in New Product price Positioning ~ Regular reporting to Management on price positioning

3. MIS & Budgeting

~ Coordination for sales budget, discount & schemes budget with category teams. ~ Consolidate SKU wise sales budget for all the channels and category with category teams. ~ MIS: Flash Report, SMA, PCC, VCMD MIS material, Sales summary, Excom Presentation & Sales review presentation

4. A&P: Controlling and Optimizing A&P Expenses.

~ Margin Analysis ~ Pricing ~ MIS & Budgeting ~ A&P Controlling

Skills:

- Strong Commercial and Accounting skills backed by good analytical ability - Ability to work seamlessly across functions and liaise with all stake holders - Initiative, attention to detail, very strong execution skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant Experience:

5-7 years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Durables.

Education Qualification(s):

CA or master s degree in business administration Finance (Premium colleges).
