Manager - Business Excellence

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive business excellence initiatives such as Six Sigma, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements using Kaizen methodology to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO) by implementing quality management systems (QMS).
  
• Analyze data to measure performance metrics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related field.
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Proven track record of implementing successful projects in operational excellence domains like Six Sigma, TPM, Lean Manufacturing etc.
• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
• Ability to navigate through financial systems like the general ledger, sales, and inventory •.
• Awareness of QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Aware about the safety norms.
