Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time | Regular/Permanent Key Responsibilities: Drive business development initiatives and support revenue generation for the university. Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, marketing budgets, and sales strategies. Lead brand activation efforts and promotional campaigns. Organize and manage education fairs, seminars, and other outreach events across South India. Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities. Plan and implement periodic marketing and business development strategies. Foster and enhance relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions to support admissions and engagement. Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills. Strong problem-solving ability, especially related to admissions and relationship management. Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the education sector. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure. Proactive, enthusiastic, and implementation-oriented mindset. Must be willing to travel extensively across South India. Prior experience in the educational industry is a strong advantage.
