Manager - Business Analytics

As a Manager of Business Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of business analysts and data scientists. You will work with large and complex data sets to solve business problems by applying advanced analytical methods. Your key role will involve owning and leading audience analytics projects, building deep insights-driven user personas, and establishing a best-in-class audience insights platform. Additionally, you will drive the success of clients by delivering high-quality insights to improve their marketing spend efficiency. You will be expected to expedite root cause analyses and insight generation through automation and self-serve platforms. It will be crucial for you to establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources. Moreover, you will have access to over 5000 training courses offered by leading learning partners like Harvard, Coursera, and Udacity to support your continuous growth and development. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field from a reputed institution. With at least 5 years of experience in analytics/data science or a related field, including leadership experience in managing teams, you should have a good grasp of deriving insights and building machine learning models using R/Python and SQL. Your ability to implement solutions directly and collaborate on decision-making processes within the organization will be critical.
