Manager - Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for accurately and timely processing a range of different corporate event types across multiple markets as a Business Analyst in the Asset Servicing department at Citi. This role involves direct interface with local market entities, internal and external clients, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the Operating Model to advise stakeholders on the impact of any changes. - Assisting the Project Manager with release planning, execution, and post-implementation review. - Collaborating with technology and product colleagues to develop robust solutions. - Supporting testing of solutions based on Business Requirement Documents. - Creating Business Scenarios for testing and leading walkthroughs with stakeholders. - Documenting solutions and ensuring communication to impacted parties. - Ensuring core Operations staff are prepared for implementation. - Working with the Project Manager to maintain project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Must have 2-5 years of relevant banking experience in Asset Servicing. - BA/UAT experience is preferred. - Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) is desired. - Proven success as a team player.
