Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Manager - BTL Sales. The Manager will be responsible for designing and executing below-the-line marketing campaigns, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Daily tasks include business planning, market analysis, implementing and monitoring sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence.

• Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills to assess market trends and execute effective sales strategies.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to connect with clients and address their needs efficiently.
• Experience in Sales Operations to manage and oversee sales processes and achieve performance goals.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or similar industries will be an added advantage.
