Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team as a Manager Branding - Programmatic at Dentsu, a network focused on guiding clients to anticipate future opportunities and drive growth in the sustainable economy. As a Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager, you will play a vital role in partnering with clients to enhance campaign performance and identify growth possibilities. Your responsibility will involve leading a team of specialists to deliver exceptional programmatic solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of programmatic specialists, offering guidance and mentorship to ensure effective performance. - Develop and implement client-specific programmatic strategies with a focus on achieving KPIs and fostering business growth. - Manage client communication and relationships, providing consistent updates and fostering clear communication channels. - Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth in collaboration with Account Directors. - Utilize expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver outstanding results. - Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to derive data-driven insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies, adhering to best practices and maintaining high quality standards. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in programmatic campaign management. - Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively. - Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and hands-on experience with other DSPs. - Strong familiarity with MMPs and analytics tools. - Excellent client management and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.,
