Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Media Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through media partnerships, branded content, and sponsorship sales. The role involves working with leading brands and agencies to sell digital advertising, influencer activations, and event sponsorships. Candidates must have recent hands-on experience in B2B service sales within the media, marketing, or digital content industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and grow key accounts across agencies, brands, and media buyers
  • Lead the sales cycle from pitching to closing for branded media campaigns, influencer-led initiatives, and white-label events
  • Own and achieve revenue targets across media offerings
  • Manage relationships with agency and direct clients for long-term growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, influencer, operations) to deliver client campaigns
  • Create customized media solutions tailored to brand objectives
  • Handle programmatic ad partnerships, media planning, and campaign management
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare ROI-focused reports
  • Continuously explore trends in gaming, esports, and digital media for innovation opportunities

Must-Have Skills

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B media, marketing, or advertising sales
  • Currently in a sales-focused role (not operations or strategy)
  • Proven ability to pitch, close, and grow high-value digital campaigns
  • Experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or IP sponsorship sales
  • Background in service sales – not product/SaaS/B2C
  • Strong familiarity with ad tech (e.g., DSP, DMP, ad exchanges, programmatic sales)
  • Existing relationships with brand managers, CMOs, or media buyers
  • Mumbai-based candidates only (no relocation)
