Manager- Brand Management

As an Assistant Brand Manager/Manager at a listed Automotive Company in Pune, you will be responsible for leading brand management activities to drive marketing activation through a mix of ATL and BTL strategies. Your role will involve managing product roadmaps, life cycles, and BTL activations aligned with sales objectives. You will oversee product launches, define communication strategies, and measure the effectiveness of BTL activities through PDCA checks. Additionally, you will manage corporate marketing activities, handle website and PR-related tasks, and provide market intelligence to various partners such as communication agencies, BTL agencies, media agencies, and PR agencies. Understanding brand positioning and attributes will be crucial to deploying effective brand strategies and achieving market leadership. You will assess the organization's marketing plan and create annual action plans using the full marketing mix to implement brand strategies successfully. In terms of product and brand analysis, you will develop product insights for lead markets, identify short and long-term risks through market and consumer research, and develop action plans to mitigate these risks. Your role will also involve planning innovative BTL campaigns, coordinating with media agencies for execution, and championing deployment across the country. To excel in this role, you should possess a conceptual and practical understanding of marketing and brand management, experience in deploying successful brand campaigns, knowledge of digital marketing and trade marketing, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
