Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard fleet vendors to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
Scaling & Network Expansion:
Develop strategies to scale vendor partnerships across multiple regions, ensuring adequate fleet availability.
Community Engagement:
Organize and lead
community meetups in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities
to educate and encourage drivers to transition into fleet ownership.
Government Coordination:
Work closely with
government agencies and employment programs
to source and hire blue-collar drivers efficiently.
Performance

Management:
Track vendor performance metrics (SLAs, compliance, cost efficiency) and implement improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization:
Streamline vendor onboarding, contract management, and operational workflows to reduce inefficiencies.
Compliance & Risk

Management:
Ensure all fleet vendors adhere to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance) to align vendor strategies with business goals.
Technology & Automation:
Leverage digital tools and data analytics to enhance vendor management and fleet utilization.
Cost Control & Negotiation:
Optimize vendor contracts and pricing structures to drive cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
