Manager Benefits Administration-US Healthcare Operations

As the Manager Operations at Voya India, formerly known as VFI SLK, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organizational activities to drive the transformation of financial services customer experience through technology and innovation. You will be responsible for maintaining constant communication with management, staff, and onshore stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols while growing the efficiency of existing organizational processes to enhance internal capacity. In this position, you will need to take a lead role in achieving strategic and operational objectives and ensuring that operational activities remain on time and within budget. Managing staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed, and fostering a company culture that promotes top performance and high morale will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful as a Manager Operations, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience and possess core skills such as Benefits Administration, Health & Welfare, Health & Benefits, US benefits, Client Management, and People Management. You will be required to lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including implementing career development plans and resolving problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely data collection, updating operations metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve tools and systems. Preferred domain knowledge includes expertise in US Health & Welfare and Health Operations in the US market, along with a comprehensive understanding of Insurance.
