Manager Batch Fundraising

As the Batch Fundraising Manager for IIT Kanpur alumni, your role will involve overseeing and executing all fundraising campaigns for various batches. You will work closely with the team to design and implement strategies aimed at increasing donor participation, retention, and giving levels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement fundraising plans for alumni batches of IIT Kanpur. - Manage and oversee fundraising campaigns, including direct mails, online giving, social media, and events. - Build and maintain relationships with alumni, volunteers, and key stakeholders to foster a culture of giving. - Collaborate with the team to establish fundraising goals and strategies to achieve them. - Analyse fundraising results and adapt strategies as necessary for success. - Maintain a database of alumni donors with accurate and up-to-date records. - Work with the communications team to create engaging fundraising materials. - Manage volunteer committees and coordinate efforts to support fundraising initiatives. - Engage in donor cultivation and stewardship activities such as events, meetings, and personalised outreach. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree in marketing, communications, non-profit management, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in non-profit fundraising with a track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals. - Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making. - Proficiency in fundraising software and databases.
