Manager - Audit & Taxation

Job Description:

The right candidate’s role will be to manage a team of 20 employees, who are passionate to explore business management processes.

Responsibilities:

1. To support in Shared CFO service for Corpac clients

2. Provide training and guidance to team members on accounting standards and compliance.

3. Evaluate team performance and ensure adherence to deadlines.

4. Assist Partner in evaluating investment proposals and business expansions.

5. Assist Partner in financial forecasting and scenario planning.

6. Manage direct and indirect tax compliance

7. Monitor changes in financial regulations and implement necessary updates.

8. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management.

9. Organise internal Knowledge acquisition process with team members

10. To manage the team in implementation of SOP and HR systems for clients.

Desired Qualification: Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants, MBA (Finance) & M Com with 7 years of experience

Must-Have Skills:

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, financial regulations, Corporate and tax laws. Expertise in Accounting software and MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint.

The candidate must have good communication skill.
