Manager - Audit & Tax

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant to work closely with the management team on building our education portal and supporting technology-driven initiatives across audit, risk, and tax domains. This role combines core finance expertise with process improvement, content development, and product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership on the design and development of the education portal for audit, risk, and tax.
• Provide high-level technical inputs for content creation, process flows, and quality standards.
• Work with the tech team to validate financial, audit, and tax modules for accuracy.
• Draft SOPs, learning materials, assessment frameworks, and quality guidelines.
• Support platform testing, automation workflows, and product improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance alignment in all portal content and modules.
• Contribute towards building risk management and internal controlbased learning models.

CA-Specific Responsibilities:

• Review and validate all technical content created for the portal.
• Lead the design of audit, tax, and compliance-related modules.
• Provide expert insights on risk, internal controls, audit methodology, and tax processes.
• Ensure quality assurance across all educational and technical content.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in audit, taxation, accounting standards, and compliances.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into learning modules.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualification:

• Qualified CA with 710 years of professional experience (practice or industry)
