Account Payable:

Record to Report:

General Accounting, All kinds of JEs, Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Experience in Internal audit.
Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Quarterly /Half Yearly/annual Financial records.
Ensure timely closure of all monthly activities.
Accurate and timely upkeep of financial records.
Control cost and identifying opportunities for saving cost.
Client stakeholder maangement skill.
People management experience
Guide and mentor DRs and team members
Ensure attrition is under control and timely backfill of attrition

Good to have Hiring Skills

Expert Knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
Excellent communication-skills.
Good analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, word.
Experience in leading teams.
Working knowledge of best-in-class finance processes and tools
Exposure and experience in one or multiple RTR tools
