Manager and Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As a Proposal Development Manager at our company, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and set us apart from competitors. Your role will involve developing bidding strategies that align with company goals, overseeing the bid process to ensure collaboration across departments, and engaging with clients to clarify requirements and present proposals. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the bid team, analyze feedback from unsuccessful bids to make improvements for future bids, and prepare cost sheets and cash flows as per client RFP. Your presence will also be required at pre-bid meetings with the sales team to prepare responsive EOIs and proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Craft compelling proposals that address client needs and differentiate from competitors - Develop bidding strategies aligning with company goals - Oversee the bid process, ensuring collaboration across departments - Engage with clients to clarify requirements and present proposals - Lead and mentor the bid team, fostering a collaborative environment - Review unsuccessful bids, gather insights, and implement improvements for future bids - Prepare cost sheet and cash flows as per client RFP, obtaining approval before proposal submission - Attend pre-bid meetings with the sales team to prepare responsive EOIs and proposals Qualifications Required: - Masters in Geography/GIS/Remote Sensing/Civil Engineering, preferably with an MBA - 6-8 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing bids and proposals - Ability to work and coordinate with different business units as a team player,
