As an Agile Coach at ISPL Steering & Governance in BNP Paribas India Solutions, your role involves guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing feedback for organizational growth, and delivering tailored training programs to upskill teams and leaders. Your key responsibilities include: - Guiding teams into the Agile methodology and providing hands-on support - Developing and delivering training programs to foster Agile adoption and success - Creating innovative frameworks for ongoing Agile education and scaling methodologies - Equipping teams with tools for Agile implementation Your technical and behavioral competencies should include: - 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as an Agile coach/Scrum Master - Understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe - Experience in conducting trainings on Agile and other frameworks - Strong facilitation skills for leading group discussions and workshops - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Clarity, TFS, ALM - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Certification in PSM/CSM, PSPO, and Agile coach certification desired Join BNP Paribas India Solutions to drive innovation, growth, and Agile transformation within the organization.,
