Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Noida. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, strategize and implement business plans, and ensure the execution of company objectives. Responsibilities include guiding students through the admission process, providing visa consultancy, and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders. The Manager will also be accountable for meeting targets, training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Team management, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in educational consultancy, admission guidance, and visa consultancy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite in Noida and manage daily operations effectively
• Knowledge of international education systems and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in the education consultancy industry is preferred
