Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute deliverables tailored to client objectives, bring a steady mix of monthly goal achievement threads while simultaneously pursing long term conversations for the key brands.
• Ensure high accountability in delivering campaign plans as per alignment with the brands, be known for best client servicing.
• Build and nurture relationships through in-person meetings, presentations.
• Become an expert in the industry(s) assigned, unlock new products/ideas that will bring brand retention + get new brands to the platform.

Qualification and Skills -

• Experience: Proven expertise in digital ad sales, with a track record of meeting & exceeding targets.
• Go-Getter Attitude: Strong self-motivation and resilience in pursuing opportunities.
• Accountability: Ability to own up end to end conversations with brands/agencies, deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Open to candidates from non-ad sales backgrounds, provided they are quick learners, passionate, and eager to contribute.
