Manager - Ad Operation

You are responsible for:

• Handling a team of 5-10
• Be a technical lead on a team and act as a subject matter expert for one or more advertising services
• Be viewed as a support leader throughout the larger organization and are regularly engaged to work on cross-team
• planning
• Empowers self-service advertisers with the right assistance at the right time to enable them to confidently and effectively
• grow their business, these effective support interactions address immediate issues and unlock future
• business opportunities
• In charge of handling inbound email, from self-service Advertisers and uses the best judgment, research and probing
• questions to understand the advertisers issue.
• Use knowledge and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidance to provide prompt and accurate solutions to the issues
• raised by the advertiser
• Use strong interpersonal skills to maintain fluent conversations with Advertisers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively
• managing difficult issues
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills while using departmental resources, tools, policies and procedures.
• Proactively reports operational challenges to manager/team lead and escalates to the right contacts.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and proactively aids teammates with difficult contacts as needed.
• Drive the team to improve operational efficiency for all services through the identification and development of SLAs,
• metrics, monitors, procedures, tools, and documentation.

You should have:

• Strong business acumen, Stakeholder management and Team management abilities E-commerce expertise, SEO,
• Campaign management and Optimization.
• Proficiency in managing platforms.
• Experience with Handling advertiser / Brand queries..
• Proficient in reporting, data management and Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
