Job Description

Qualification:

Accounts & Taxation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Accounts & Taxation vertical, managing a team of finance professionals.
  • Handle

    end-to-end accounting

    , including finalization of accounts and audit support.
  • Ensure timely filing and compliance with

    Direct and Indirect Taxes

    (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Supervise

    project-wise financial tracking

    and reporting.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets; ensure financial efficiency across projects.
  • Handle

    reconciliations, MIS reporting

    , and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Indian Taxation laws

    and accounting standards.
  • Experience in

    project-based accounting and budgeting

    .
  • Proficiency in

    team leadership and coordination

    .
  • ERP experience is preferred (SAP, Tally, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
