Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control

  – Oversee inventory valuation and provisioning.

• Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

  – Track AR, follow up on collections, and manage AR provisioning.

• Legal Case Monitoring

  – Track and manage legal cases related to customer overdues.

• AR Factoring & Discounting

  – Handle invoice discounting and AR financing.

• Revenue Recognition

  – Ensure timely and accurate recognition of revenue, including management of deferred revenue.

• Internal Audit Coordination

  –
• Ensure end-to-end closure of internal audits by coordinating with process owners.
• Maintain and update the

  ATR (Audit Tracker Report)

  .

• Audit Scope & Planning

  – Work with management and internal auditors to define audit scope and annual audit plans.

• Financial Statements

  – Prepare monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements.

• Statutory Audit Support

  –
• Facilitate statutory audits.
• Prepare and share audit schedules.
• Ensure timely closure of quarterly audits.

• Financial Controls Testing

  – Complete quarterly testing of key financial controls.
