Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor daily team activities and presenting daily EOD reports
Checker activity for payouts transactions along with bank file preparation .
Co-ordination with Banks for Queries and status of payouts.
Coordinating with other departments and provide response to their mail
Passing/Auditing Accounting entries in Oracle.
Responsible for fortnightly accounting of Commission Expense, Payment entry, different reconciliation and various internal MIS preparation.
Ensuring TATs are achieved and preparing Monthly TAT for various payments.
Training team on change in processes and Updation of the Process Notes
Bringing in Innovative Ideas to automate manual activities.
Should be a good Team leader
Good communication and managerial skills
Inter departmental co-ordination

Preferred candidate profile

Person should be well versed in accounting principles and practices
Person should be well versed with MS excel and MS access
Person should have sound knowledge of various systems like life asia, Oracle Fusion, Payment systems like payconnect.etc,
Implementation of new systems, UAT, BRD would be an added advantage
