Manager Accounts MIS & Audit-Ludhiana

JOB PURPOSE:

This role manages the financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and legal compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts, preparing financial statements, coordinating with departments, managing cash flow, and ensuring regulatory adherence. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency.

1.Verification and preparation of MIS for all above-mentioned entities.

2.Preparation of Debtors report and Audit of Accounts Receivables and follow-up with Sales Team for Timely Collection and Trigger them for Over dues if any and also Timely reconciliation of books with Customers.

3.Audit of Accounts Payable and Follow-up with Purchase Team for Timely reconciliation of books with Suppliers.

4.Preparation of Daily Sales report.

5.Pre-Budgeting Preparation every month

6.Audit of Advances given to suppliers and Follow-up with Purchase Team for the early closure.

7.Preparation of Monthly Profitability.

8.Monthly Salary audits for domestic locations.

9.Monthly Working Capital Data Preparation and Communication thereof to all the concerned.

10.Expenses payments allocation working for modules .

11.Development of all Audit reports through ERP.

12.Insurance for all Indian Entities.

13.Solar REC Purchase by timely payments on REC Portal

14.REC Sales coordination with broker and Exchange for payment

15.Monthly Preparation of Solar Billing and ensure delivery of bills to customer

16.Regular Audit of Solar Generation data and Gap Analysis

17.Reconciliation of Ujaas Energy Accountand ensure timely paymentto them

18.Coordinate with Consultants and Customers for any liasioning work required in both solar plants

19.Daily Dispatch report making and tracking

20.Payment Planning of Every Month with Follow-up

MULTITASKING:

lCoordination with Solar Plant Person for Timely issuance of JMR Report

lTravel Domestic if required for any kind of workfor Solar Plant

lOverseas travelling if required for Temporary Replacement of overseas accountant.

lOther Misc.work assigned from Time to Time by Seniors and Management.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

All departments within the company,Banks,different government departments, Financial & legal consultants etc.

5. JOB SPECIFICATIONS,Competencies & JOB REQUIREMENT:

lB.com or MBA in Finance with minimum age needs to be 30 years.

l10 years of minimum experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.

lProficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, and preparation of financial statements.

lExpertise in handling accounts receivables, payable, banking transactions, and forex negotiations.

lAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

lWillingness to conduct surprise audits and travel to overseas locations.

lStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

lExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

lAttention to detail and organizational skills.

lAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

lExperience with ERP systems.
