Position: Manager Accounts (Male)

Location: Sector 142, Noida
Experience: 7-10 yearsCompensation: 6.0 -- 6.5 LPA

Job Purpose:

To lead and supervise the entire accounts function, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial discipline across the organization. This role will also focus on analyzing expenses, e-commerce transactions, profitability, and costings to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the accounts team handling day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Oversee the maintenance of books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure all statutory compliance tasks are verified (GST, TDS, Income Tax) & completed accurately and on time.
• Analyse expenses related to e-commerce sales channels.
• Review and reconcile alle-commerce transactions (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), including payment gateways, commissions, and returns.
• Review and analyse profit margins, costing data, and commissions/deductions from online marketplaces.
• Prepare, review, and presentmonthly MIS reports, including analytical dashboards of sales, expenses, profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and external/internal departments for statutory and internal audits.
• Handle escalations related to financial discrepancies or reconciliation issues.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Control overall accounts and Finance Department.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in a garment or e-commerce-driven business.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) and MS Excel/Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations, payment reconciliation, and financial analytics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
