Job Description

Offline Branding Marketing role (Male Only) Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement offline marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness. Create and manage offline marketing collateral, including print advertisements and other promotional materials. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and printers to ensure the timely production and delivery of marketing materials. Plan and coordinate offline events and activations, such as Exhibitions (B2B & B2C), trade shows, conferences, Distributor's Meets, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audience preferences and trends. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand messaging and visuals for offline marketing materials. Work closely with the creative team to develop the Packaging designs Maintains strong relationship with media / creative agencies and encourages creative output. Shares clear briefs and keeps the agencies accountable on delivery Independenly execute all on ground brand events. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and PR, to align offline marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in offline marketing, suggesting innovative ideas to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity in all marketing materials.
