Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to handle accounts, taxation, factory costing, invoicing, inventory control, and machine costing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent English speaking skills. This position is based in Neemrana.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Develop and implement effective accounting procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance and identify trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and other statutory dues.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in an MNC setting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, such as ICWA or MBA/PGDM.
Experience in handling accounts, taxation, factory costing, invoicing, inventory control, and machine costing.
Industry: Accounting / Auditing / Taxation.
Qualification: I.C.W.A or Other Bachelor Degree.
