Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records by regularly accessing the online banking platform to download and review bank statements.
Analyzing the client's business characteristics and categorizing bank transactions in accordance their unique attributes or precise classification.
Responsible for filling of GST Returns like GST 3B, GSTR 1, GSTR 9 or 9c also check compliances and make monthly payment of TDS or Filling of TDS return.
Responsibility for Regularly Maintained Data and Filling GST Returns and TDS Return.
Experience in preparing Provisional / Projected Balance sheet.
Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency with internal financial records.
Prepare and manage Journal ledger entries.
Ensure all debit and credit entries are recorded correctly as per accounting principles.
Maintain clean and error-free books of accounts.

Qualifications and Skills:

5 To 8 years of experience in Bookkeeping and financial statement Preparation preferably in real estate
Proven experience in GST Registration and Filling and TDS and Income Taz Filling.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software (ERP knowledge Advantage).
Ability to work independently and lead the accounts department efficiently.
Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills.
Must be available to join immediately.
