Manager, Accounting

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across all global entities. Additionally, you will assist in the global implementation of GL and ERP systems, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Your role will involve coordinating the integration of GL and ERP systems with existing financial and operational systems, as well as assisting in the migration of financial data to new systems. Furthermore, you will liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes. - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all global entities. - Assist in the global implementation of GL and ERP systems. - Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. - Coordinate the integration of GL and ERP systems with existing financial and operational systems. - Assist in the migration of financial data from legacy systems to new GL and ERP systems. - Liaise with internal and external auditors for successful audit outcomes. - 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance. - CA / CMA or a master's degree in accounting and finance preferred. - Extensive experience in managing global ERP implementations, with a focus on GL systems. - Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in ERP software, specifically Oracle Fusion. - PMP, CPA, or other relevant certifications are preferred. - Hands-on expert knowledge in MS-Office, BI, and other tools. (Note: Preferred skills include knowledge of global financial regulations and standards, experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred), ability to manage cross-functional and cross-regional teams, and management skills.),
