Job Description

Job Summary:

The Accessories Manager is responsible for overseeing the sale of automotive accessories, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, driving accessory revenue, and managing inventory. The role involves working closely with the sales and service teams to promote add-on accessories at the time of vehicle purchase or service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell accessories to new and existing customers through the showroom, service center, and online channels.
  • Collaborate with the vehicle sales team to package accessories as part of the car sale.
  • Prepare and present accessory packages during customer negotiations.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and reorder accessories as needed.
  • Train and support sales consultants and service advisors in upselling accessories.
  • Set and achieve monthly sales targets for accessories.
  • Ensure proper display and merchandising of accessories in the showroom.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate timely procurement of stock.
  • Maintain accurate records of accessory sales and customer preferences.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints regarding accessories.
  • Track competitor offerings and market trends to optimize pricing and product mix.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (automotive or business field preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in car sales or accessory sales (preferred).
  • Knowledge of automobile accessories and fitting procedures.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Inventory and vendor management experience.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS).

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Monthly accessory sales volume and revenue.
  • Accessory sales per vehicle sold.
  • Inventory turnover rate.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
  • Conversion rate from showroom/service to accessory buyers.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, showroom-based role.
  • May require occasional travel to vendors or training locations.
  • Weekend and holiday availability as per showroom operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
