Job Responsibilities

  Manufacturing is India largest Company, We Produce

  Sofas, PU foaming Chairs, solid Wood Tables and Accessories .

• looking after manufacturing of complete range of office & home furniture in MFC,MDF and SOLID WOOD with the help of very modernized CNC machines. Have got vast knowledge and experience in manufacturing of all types of furniture.

Handling production, vendor developments, Project coordination, Quality Control, Logistics and Administrations.

• Manage Vendors issues related to procurement and payment, Cost Reduction, delivery timeline,Costing, Negotiations and taking quotations from vendors, and follow up for on time delivery

• Procurement of Fabric, Glass, wire, hardware, Tiles, powder coating and SPM Machines etc. Taking approval of samples from clients and vendors.

• Management reporting highlighting critical areas and Troubleshooting them.

• Daily, Weekly and monthly planning progress and production reports and doing reverse planning as per customer requirement and lead times occurring in project schedule and also working on SAP business one.

• Conducting process and system audits and make systems to follow and implementation of SOP

• Solve quality related issues by check points at every stage of manufacturing & also in installation of sites.

• Maintain accident free zone and identifying unsafe situations on shop floor.

• To check Faade, backwall, counter and rectify other product development issues, finding root cause and countermeasures.

• Checking of Glass/Mirror (Beveling, Profile edging and bend glass etc.) Paint finishing (Matte,high glows), Veneer finishing, Metal finishing ( Brushed and Mirror) etc. as per drawing, Checking of upholstery work (Fabric/leather, Quilting, chesterfield), Metal (SS, MS, Aluminium, Brass) and wood work etc.

• Sourcing of Materials :- Preparing the projection and ensuring the availability of all necessary raw-materials and consumables.

• Negotiating for the pricing and sourcing the right type of materials

• Quality Control

  :

  ensuring the products meets the quality standards and specifications and compliance

• Costing

  :-

  Calculating the cost of the finished products and reporting

• Achieving Targets : - to monitor and ensure that targets are achieve and timely completion of orders

• Customer Support

  : -

  Providing necessary customer support as and when needed

• Productivity

  : Maximization of capacity utilization and man power utilization to minimize the costs

• Labour Relationship :

  ensuring harmony is maintained at the workplace and motivation of workers to achieve the targets and productivity

• MIS :

  submission of various production, quality control and cost report to management. Analysis of projection vs. actual

Computer Skills:-

• Operating Systems : Windows XP, 2000, 98 Vista.

• High level Language : C, C++, ERP SAP.

• Applications : Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP PP ERP.

Candidate Experience : - 8 to 15 Yrs
