Manager 1- Non-Assurance Services

We are looking for a skilled Manager to join our Assurance team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a background in assurance services. Roles and Responsibility Prepare financial statements, conduct compilations and reviews, and complete Canadian corporate tax returns. Perform review and compilation engagements according to firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders. Design, develop, and execute analytical procedures to assess financial data and performance metrics. Review and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance with lease accounting standards. Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Prepare detailed supporting schedules for financial statement analysis and review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Job Requirements Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree or equivalent from an accredited university. Qualified CA / Licensed CPA with a minimum of 5 years of current or recent experience in public accounting. Experience leading teams and mentoring associates, with a proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships. Understanding of accounting services, knowledge of review and compilation standards, and experience managing review and compilation engagements. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to deploy staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
