Job Description

To perform and deliver the necessary service as required by the Manager. To co-ordinate man day inspection activity for renewable, building To receive the inspection call from the customer To co-ordinate with concern branch coordinator to receive the relevant cv of the Engineers and forward to the customer for approval, Once customer approved CVs, plan for man day inspection in co-ordination with respective branch coordinator, Inspection Engineer, supplier and customer. To receive the report from the Engineer after the inspection and forward to the customer after the review of Head Quality. To raise the invoice for the Man day inspection and send it to customer. To follow up with customer for payment collection. Updating and maintaining the customers Data Base. Mailings Service Introduction to all Potential Customers. Business Development for Business line for Projects and Infrastructures. Business Development for all product portfolios for Projects Infrastructures and Projects (Railways. Airports, Sea Ports. Roads, Industrial projects, Powers Plants, Residential and Commercial) Recognizing the prospective clients in the region, and create a data base. Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders. Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc. Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services. Interacting with the Regional managers of other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.
