Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis.

Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint decks.

Work closely with senior management to prepare executive-level reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving capabilities, including experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .

People management skills, including experience leading small teams or collaborating across departments.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of taking the initiative and working independently.

Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and smooth communication.

Participate in client meetings, providing insights, updates, and recommendations based on data analysis.

Support the team in understanding client needs, expectations, and requirements, translating them into actionable business strategies Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Preferred technical and professional experience

Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Advanced certifications or training in analytics or business management would be a plus.

Internship or part-time work in management, operations, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
