The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and energetic Management Trainees to join our retail sales team in Kochi. This is a unique opportunity for recent MBA graduates to start their careers with a growing company and learn the business from the ground up. You will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and drive sales of our fresh produce.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, leaving them with a positive impression of the Aeden brand.
• Retail Operations: Learn the ropes of day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, product display, and maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our wide range of fruits, from everyday favorites to exotic varieties, to advise customers on quality and seasonality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
