Management Trainee- Marketing

As an intern or fresher at Quantum Dialogues, you will be part of the Marketing & Outreach team, where you will contribute to expanding the reach of Quantum Dialogues by connecting with IT decision-makers, CXOs, speakers, and potential partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and connect with industry leaders, influencers, and collaborators. - Set up meetings, podcast interviews, and partnership calls. - Manage email campaigns and personalized outreach using templates and tools. - Maintain and update outreach CRM or spreadsheet trackers. - Assist in preparing speaker briefs, follow-up emails, and outreach decks. - Collaborate with the content and design team to plan campaigns. - Brainstorm new opportunities for audience engagement and strategic partnerships. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's / master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,
