Management Trainee

You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee who will be joining our growing team in Dewas. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments to acquire practical knowledge and cultivate the leadership skills necessary to progress into a managerial position. Your responsibilities will include assisting department heads in daily operations and project execution, learning and implementing company policies and procedures, conducting market research and data analysis, preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and workshops, contributing to process improvements and efficiency enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional teams for task completion, and handling any other duties as assigned by supervisors. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Additionally, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrate eagerness to learn and take initiative, and exhibit the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
