Management Trainee / Intern Fintech

As a Management Trainee / Intern in the Fintech industry, you will be part of a dynamic team gaining hands-on experience in various business functions such as HR, Finance, Accounts, Business Development, and the Founders Office. This internship aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations and enhance your professional skills in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations within the Human Resources department. - Support bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting in the Finance & Accounts sector. - Aid in market research, lead generation, client communication, and sales support in the Business Development division. - Help with project coordination, data analysis, presentations, and strategic initiatives in the Founders Office. - Participate in cross-functional projects, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate records and reports for management review. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related fields. - Possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. - Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to various business functions. - Good proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
