Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Safety Support

Assist in implementing health & safety policies, procedures, and programs
Support daily site safety inspections and hazard identification
Help ensure compliance with company HSE standards and local regulations

Monitoring & Reporting

Assist in reporting unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents
Support incident investigations and preparation of basic reports
Help maintain HSE records, checklists, and documentation

Training & Awareness

Participate in toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs
Assist in preparing safety posters, presentations, and training materials
Promote safety culture among employees and contractors

PPE & Site Compliance

Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Assist in checking safety signage, barricading, and housekeeping
Support emergency preparedness and drills
